BORSHCH and HALIBUTHello! I am Chef Vasily Shichkov with 10-year experience in culinary arts. My strong passion for culinary excellence and leading experience allowed me to move quickly from a cook position to an executive chef role just within three years.
Several years ago I moved to the United States and continued my adventure in the culinary world. Learning the processes and experience of American cuisine, working in the top hotels and restaurants of the DMV area (like Park Hyatt Washington, Ritz-Carlton TC), and cooking for the American celebrities and politicians for two years, I was inspired for creating my own menu.
It is my pleasure to present my vision of Modern American fusion cuisine which is based on a fresh local seasonal product, modern techniques, American classical recipes, some Asian and French accents, and my inner spirit and soul.
I believe my international and local experience will allow my guests to pursue an amazing, unforgettable adventure and discover my culinary world!

Our expectations were exceeded far more than I could have hoped.
