Born and raised in NY. I am a graduate from ICE Culinary School in NY with over 15 years of experience in both kitchen and restaurant management. I moved to Los Angeles in 2006 and have enjoyed great meals across the city. Each dining experience for me leads to inspiration in my cooking and meal preparation. Nothing brings me more joy than watching people enjoy my food. I love cooking at home for family and friends. I love feeding people to make them happy. Cooking a fun dinner party or a sit down meal is no problem. With experience building wine lists for restaurants, I enjoy helping people pair food with delicious wine. Whether making fresh tortillas, meal prepping for health and fitness goals, braising short ribs, or preparing a health vegetarian meal, my goal is to satisfy people’s tastebuds and bellies.
