I’m a classically trained chef working out of NYC area.
In the past 13 years, I have collected knowledge from many different culinary dynamics. Ranging from very strict, traditional French restaurants, Michelin starred and awarded kitchens, casual dining, private dinners and everything in between.
Due to the newly stablished challenges of the pandemic, I am currently a full-time events and private chef. According to the occasion, I’m joined by one or two chefs whom I’ve worked or have collaborated with in the past.
