I fell in love with cooking at a young age. My passion with food stems from a great appreciation of flavors. I have been cooking professionally for about 7 years and love every minute of it. I received my associates degree in culinary arts, and my bachelor degree in food service management from Johnson and Wales University. I have worked in restaurants, catering, and as a private chef. Most recently I worked 3 years in Southampton, with a upscale Italian and Mediterranean menu. I also worked 2 years in a modern American restaurant. As a private chef I love being able to create new and diverse menus, and sharing my love of food with others.
