About Me

Classically trained at the 3-star Michelin Restaurant Le Bernardin, along with being a Private Chef for over 15+ years for New York distinguish families and celebrities.
I have several culinary arts certifications and was mentored under renowned Master Chef Shigeaki Nakanishi (Primary Chef to the Japanese Imperial Family). Following this experience, I held positions with restaurants in Japan & New York.
Well versed in preparing ethnic cuisine (Japanese, French, Italian, and Mediterranean) using the freshest ingredients, I also enjoy creating unique dishes that blend unexpected flavor combinations. In addition, I am experienced in meeting special dietary needs and requests, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, low-calorie, low-carb, dairy-free, and raw food meals.
