My Culinary journey began in Seattle, WA amongst iconic restaurants under the leadership of Kevin Davis and Ethan Stowell. My love and passion for this industry really developed in the Pike Place Market where I felt a deeper connection to food and the people involved in the many behind the scenes process.
As a young eager cook, I moved to NYC and spearheaded Michelin Star recipient restaurants for years before helming iconic restaurants in Rockefeller Center. Recently, I launched a hotel concept restaurant in Long Island City, while expanding my culinary reach on projects in the UK.
The impacts of COVID on the restaurant industry allowed me an opportunity to share my travels and experiences with a family in their vacation home over the summer. The connections I made during this time reminded me of my culinary roots in the Pike Place Market.
