I’ve been cooking at Blue Hill at Stone Barns for three years. Before Blue Hill, I staged in Copenhagen for 6 months. For the last two months I’ve been doing some private catering on the side. I’m passionate about buying high quality ingredients from the nyc green markets as well as respectfully made wine for pairings!
