Hello Table at Home community! I am Bryce Sorem and I have been cooking in NYC for the last 8 years. Originally from San Diego, I bring my relaxed personality into any kitchen I work in. I have worked at all levels of New York City kitchens, from prep cook all the way to Executive Chef. I have worked at some great restaurants in Manhattan such as Danji, Commerce, Craft, The Nougatine, and I was also featured in Chopped on the food network. Bringing me to your next event, and I will guarantee a delicious meal and an extremely fun environment.
