Hi, I’m Brittany! I started cooking in grandmas kitchen and that’s what sparked my passion. I graduated from Johnson and Wales University in North Carolina and that is where the journey started. I went from BBQ ribs and chicken in Charlotte down to Fine French Creole in the heart of New Orleans. I’ve traveled the world to learn true generational methods of cooking. I was taught to make handmade pasta from a grandma in Naples, learned how to prepare a traditional mezze platter in the heart of Beirut, and even got to hand roll sushi in Tokyo. The list goes on and on, but I’ll let the food speak for itself. Whether an intimate dinner for two (that may or may not involve a diamond ring) or a party of 25, I strive create an experience and ambiance that you will never forget.
