Chef Germán Caceres is a Chilean born chef who graduated from both the French Culinary Institute and the Culinary Institute of America.
Germán grew up in Chile and came to the USA when he was 18 years old. While growing up in Chile, he was exposed to an incredible array of fresh produce and seafood that led him to appreciate, respect and enjoy the culinary arts.
His style of cooking is minimalistic and rustic with bold flavors that are deeply satisfying by using the proper techniques to preserve the ingredients’ natural integrity.
Germán has been an Executive Chef for over 25 years at some of the trendiest restaurants and hotels in Manhattan and also served as Private Chef for high profile clients.
German’s extensive and diverse culinary background make him a well-seasoned chef who is at the forefront of the current culinary trends and healthy living.
