Chef Frank:
With 17 years in the food service industry, Frank Kwiatkowski has developed a rich and diverse culinary background. Starting at the age of 18, Frank honed his skills in various restaurants, from sports bars to fine dining establishments. His passion lies in blending different cultural flavors into fun and creative dishes, making every event a unique and memorable experience.
Chef Drew:
Chef Drew has an impressive background working in some of Chicago’s finest restaurants and attending culinary school. After an exciting stint in Florida working on yachts for affluent clients, he returned to Chicago to create his own culinary lifestyle. Chef Drew now offers cooking classes, private events, and various culinary projects, including juicing for health enthusiasts and fitness training programs. His versatile skill set and innovative approach make him a valuable asset to any culinary endeavor.
Chef JT:
Born and raised in New York, Chef Joe Tonelli (Chef JT) comes from a long line of chefs and bakers. After relocating to Chicago and studying culinary arts at Kendall College, Chef JT cooked at renowned establishments such as David Burkes, Cafe Ba Ba Reeba, and Howells and Hood. He has opened 11 restaurants in the Chicago area, with the last openings for Meta. Recently, Chef JT was invited to try out for Hell’s Kitchen and made it to the final casting. His specialty is fusion cooking, blending flavors from around the world to create exquisite dishes that set your palate on a journey.
Chef Kevin:
Chef Kevin has been a dedicated private chef for years, working under the guidance of Chef Frank. His experience spans a wide range of culinary projects, from large-scale catering events to intimate dinner parties and sophisticated cocktail gatherings. Chef Kevin’s versatility and passion for creating memorable dining experiences have made him an invaluable asset to the team.

Chef Frank prepared an outstanding dinner for 25 for my husband's birthday. Everyone raved about the food and the whole evening went so smoothly. Frank was easy to work with as we planned the menu and very communicative. He and his team were professional and friendly, and I would definitely work with them again!
