My name is John Boudouvas, and I have well over twenty-five years in the hospitality industry. Throughout my culinary journey I have worked in a variety of restaurants ranging from casual upscale to fine dining. In that time I have had the pleasure of working in a collection of kitchens within the Mediterranean region. I have owned and operated my own Italian restaurant on the north side of Chicago for nine years. In that time I had the pleasure of doing cooking classes as well as wine dinners in both the restaurant as well as auctioned for charity events.
