Good morning Joshua,
thanks a lot for inviting me to propose a menu for your wife's birthday celebration. I am so glad I have the chance to be of service to you and really look forward to it. I didn't list any dessert, assuming that you are going to take care personally of the birthday cake, but if you need one, please just let me know and I'll change my proposal accordingly.

My name is Alessandro. I am an Italian chef.

With over 17 years of experience in the culinary industry, working in several Italian restaurants in the famed Aosta Valley region of Italy, and later managing and operating my own restaurants, I am now offering my personal chef services.

Being brought up in Italy, as a chef, I have always been strongly committed to respecting traditional cooking methods, techniques and recipes. Cooking for New Yorkers, meeting people with diverse backgrounds, food culture, culinary habits and tastes, has really helped me to expand my culinary horizons, and has given me the opportunity to reinterpret and adapt different types of cuisine from around the world with an Italian touch and feel.

My cooking methodology has always been to work completely from scratch and with the freshest organic ingredients available, with a special eye to the seasonality of produce.

My mission is to work with you to create a menu that perfectly fits your taste and satisfies all your culinary cravings.
I really look forward to bringing my passion for cooking to your home.
