My name is Alessandro, I'm an Italian chef.
With over 15 years of experience in the restaurant world, gained before by working in Italian restaurants, and later by running my own restaurant's kitchen, I am now offering to New Yorkers personal cheffing services. I work completely from scratch, with the freshest organic ingredients available. I am passionate, curious and dedicated, and I believe that cooking is not only about satisfying a primary need, but also about human creativity and inspiration, and it has the power to bring up the invisible thread that unites people from all over the world. That's what I mostly love about cooking: that it gives me the opportunity to know people and to create authentic and meaningful connections on a personal level. Traveling through your tastes and your cravings using my work, working together to imagine new combinations of flavors, and finally crafting the menu that best expresses your wishes: it's all part of that collaborative journey between you, the customer, and I, that will end up in a unique, exciting, and fun dining experience. I look forward to bringing my passion to your home.
